Thesis

Three positions, held without much interest in debating them.

  1. Intelligence as substrate

    A model is not a feature. Advantage compounds beneath the interface, in the layer the customer is never asked to look at.

  2. Ambient by design

    The best applied intelligence is invisible at the point of use. If the customer is thinking about the model, the product has already failed.

  3. Compounding portfolio

    Every system we field feeds the next — shared evaluation, shared inference substrate, shared institutional memory. Capability accrues.
